Includes annual physical along with any sick visits through the year. Also includes lab tests done on premises, EKG and X-rays related to sick visits, along with patients who have high deductibles.
This is a great unique service of ours in the East Coast for uninsured patients and patients who have insurance that we are not contracted with.
